A little love from one of our biggest and best clients:
Well, we knew we were an awesome team – but I guess we really knew after our session with the Reno-Tahoe's Utility Players! Our conferences are pretty intense – it’s a big investment bringing a team together from across the U.S. and Australia and we need to make sure we get a lot back from what we put in – in terms of time, money, energy and emotional input – so all aspects of the conference count including any ‘fun’ activities! We wanted to do something to let off steam after a hard day’s work, help new team members get to know each other and get a few insights into our latest team dynamics.
The Utility Players made it all too easy – and got off to a cracking start by clearly having done their homework about who we were, what we were about - our values and mission – and so instantly capturing our interest, creating a rapport and a safe space for whatever came next! The activities were great fun: inclusive, hilarious, challenging and, for us, really educational. For a team whose business is about uncovering how people tick – we learnt a whole heap more about ourselves and each other…but mostly we laughed. Jessica and her team warmed us up, steered us through our uncertainties and then let us roll. The entire program had been customised to help us achieve what we needed and was entirely successful.
